I think I should vote for Bush just to say HA to all the people who post propaganda about the Republican point of view on LJ. Just because people are Republicans does not mean they are morons - they just have a different point of view. I am seriously starting to get pissed off at what I read in here, and I don't even like Kerry anyway. At this ( Read more... )

Glad to see a post from you. I too agree with what you say. I consider myself a Republican, but I also think you should vote for whomever is best qualified for the job. I too hate poltics and the way the media can get so onesided sometimes. If there is one thing I don't miss is political ads. They drive me nuts. I consider myself to be an open minded person and believe that everyone is entitled to their own point of view. That's what makes our country great, I think. That's it for now. later.

I'm glad someone agrees with me. I'm so undecided about the election at this point after all the crap I've been hearing - it makes me not want to put a Democrat in office. I actually went down to my neighbor's apartment (she's a hard core Democrat) and had a long political discussion last night so I could try to figure out who I want to vote for. My main point is that, yes Bush screwed up, but hindsight is 20-20, so Kerry could've done the same thing. Actually I feel that Kerry could've f'd up worse because he can't make a decision to save his life. I want someone new in office just because I think something has to be done with our troops and I feel like the change would help the economy...but I SO don't think Kerry's the guy for the job. AND this is a big deal to me this year because I'm so not political but I have made a decision to vote for the first time ever this year, so I want to make what I think is the right decision...

At this point, I have to agree. The media is about to drive me insane. I don't blame you for being undecided about the election, with all the media crap, I can see that being an issue. It's good that you are voting and being concerned about making the right decision. Every vote counts, no matter how insignificant it might seem. You go girl!@!!! later.
