I know exactly what you're talking about. but I already let out my anger, a number of times. but my big breaking point was when I was alone in my house, and I started crying, but like, angrykickingoverthings crying/screaming. It was great. I felt alot better after that. Then I took a nap and cleaned my house. :] do it, it will make you feel better.
