Today I was able to file for unemployment because my contract expired yesterday- I can't wait to start getting that check. Babysitting is going well, but a little boring at times. Luckily it's only 3 days a week for 4 1/2 hours a day.

I'm so freaked out. I was lying in bed on the computer and I heard my front door open and close (it was unlocked). I assumed it was David so I was listening for his foot steps but I didn't hear anything. I called David and he wasn't home yet so I got really freaked out. It's been a few weeks since I've updated but I'm still sick. I stayed home one day last week and went back to the doctor. He thinks I'm developing asthma and that's why I've been coughing so much. I just got back from the doctor. Apparently I have a virus and "these things tend to linger for about 4 weeks or so." Greeeeeeat. But she did tell me to get plenty of rest so now I won't feel like a total bum for sleeping so much. Like on Saturday when I woke up at 10 and then napped from 1-5.

I can't believe how much this year has been flying by. I have been teaching for over 3 months and it seems like just yesterday I got all of my books and started crying. Now the last marking period is about to start and the year will be over before I know it.  Tomorrow I'm getting observed by one of my supervisors. My last observation didn't go so ( Read more... )

Back to school tomorrow after 10 days off. I wonder how long it'll take before my kids start to get on my last nerve yet again...

April is going to be a looooon month- no days off. At least my cousin's wedding will add some excitement to the mix.

So  I know that it is becoming the trendy thing to do, but ever since I started buying Lush I've been more conscientious about going green. Here's a couple things that I do:

I'm  sick. Even though it sucks that it is the end of my Spring Break, at least I'm not taking off of work. I have some kind of flu. I've been achey with a horrible sore throat and ear aches. I am officially on Spring Break!! It's been really nice so far. Friday I met up with Beast in Wilmington! We talked for awhile and it was no nice to see her. Then I visited Harrison at UD.
