I hope one day things are easier for you. The time for toughness has passed and you're stuck in its wake. I have what I think could be a life line, I don't know, I'm just trying to help. Please, take it. Your waterproof vest has many holes that you cover with air bubbles that pop when the salty water hits them. My advice, take off the vest.
