Jake, I'm grading the final papers... and I don't have Callisto's pictures (save your sketch). That's a part of the grade. I know D'anna went along... so where are the pictures?

Spider's Office door is open, the place is clean and tidy and there is a little sign tacked beside the door. 'The Journalist Dean of Students is IN.'

The cat is busily mauling what looks like a small, plastic Christmas elf in one corner and Spider is using the head of the Santa he decapitated last week as an ashtray.

Spider, after a brief feud with the cat over who got to sprawl on the couch, was watching the newsfeeds, yesterday's Santa hat again perched rakishly atop his head. He was frowning at the various stories, occasionally reaching out to idly make a note on his laptop or snag a few chips from the bag open beside him.

Today, Spider's office looks a bit like a crazed Christmas elf had a melt-down in the middle of it. He is grimly harvesting the wild profusion of fir branches, holly, mistletoe and happy signs reading 'Ho Ho Ho' and making a large pile in the hallway, propped against which is a sign that reads 'Free for the taking. Today, Spider is wearing a Santa hat with his usual black and is struggling again with the giant layout of the Journalism department... which as of right now, he is only using two rooms of. Poll Journalism Class PollAll Journalism courses next term will require actual writing much like the 'extra-credit' classwork this term. "I wrote something and turned it in", unless you write a really amusing/inventive excuse, will get an F.
