In this interview Eito talked about each members bad parts, things each member wants the other members to fix and good parts, what they like about each member.
Ryo:
bad parts/things to improve:
Yokoyama: He sometimes doesn't listen to people when their talking. Also, plays too much games. When we went to Guam for work, he brought his Wii from Japan. Is there a 28 year old like that!? *Ryo, that's why we love yokoXD*

Murakami: Writes too much documents(laugh). He's always running his pen like there was so much important stuff to write. Not a computer but, he's still a pen type. But, his way of holding the pen is weird! He writes like how you hold a brush for Shuuji*penmanship*.
Yasuda: He's too nice. I think he could at least be strict with us. That's why so~metimes when he's serious and says "I'm going to hit you" I get nervous. But, it's like a surprise so I kind of grin(laugh).
Maruyama: He tries to be funny and sends stup-id photos! I forgot when but, he sent me a picture of him with a famous billboard in Hollywood, and I was surprised like "when did you go!?" I admire his light footwork but, 90% of the time its really stup--id pictures. *LOLOL I want to see--->< but Maru when did you come to the US?!!!*
Ohkura: Lately, when we go drink, I think he drinks more than before. Be careful of too much drinking. *Kura and Yasu needs to be careful>< jeez those alcoholics!!!*

Yokoyama: When we're in meetings, and some gets pissed, and the atmosphere goes bad, he's good at naturally changing the mood to a good vibe.
Shibutani: When I was out at this place I was looking for a second hand clothes shop, and I couldn't find it, so I called Subaru kun. And then very politely he told me. Murakami: As its written, he's Eito's "mediator". He always leads the shows, when talking to outside staffs he organizes and tells our unorganized ideas to them. If I were to say it as a business he's like the PR person?
Yasuda: Sho chan is a great guy! The other day when we were heading to Tokyo from Shin Osaka, He was like "everyone wants a drink right?" and we didn't even ask and he bought everyone's alcohol. I never met anyone that's nicer than Sho chan. *awwww that's soo sweeetXD*
Maruyama: Maru chan is also a great guy! Well, he's not more than that or less than that...(laugh) It's going to be the same as Yokoyama kun but, he can make a not fun atmosphere into a fun place with "laughter" at once. Ohkura: He works hard on everything he does. Once I saw him practicing the marching drums secretly by himself, and thought that he's a hard-worker. Furthermore how he doesn't show himself working hard is handsome.

Yokoyama: Seriously his pants zipper is opened a lot. During filming, I don't if its on purpose but I looked many times(laugh). But, when we point it out he turns red. Also, his laces are always untied so tie them!
Shibutani: He can't pick out his own meals. I don't get it? Its different from indecisive. For example when we're taking out and someones like I want this then he'll be like "o me too" and just goes with whatever they say. Also when he brushes his teeth he goes ue--*throw up sound*(laugh)
Yasuda: During rehearsals for lives, if there's something he doesn't agree on his guitar solo, he neglects us and just keeps practicing by himself. It's good to be into it but, please do it on your own time.
Maruyama: It's fine that your trying to cheer us up in the dressing room but, when you keep doing it I think it's annoying(laugh). But when your concentration runs out you just fall asleep. You go crazy, get tired and go to sleep. Same as a kid.
Ohkura: Wow. I don't really have anything bad to say about Ohkura. This past year, he's been saying his opinions during meetings, and he's thinking about his own direction. Seriously, I have nothing to say.

Yokoyama: He doesn't forget his childish heart. He tries to bring in the members into games he's into. I think his innocence is good. Also, when we have meetings for concerts, he's always thinking about the fans.
Shibutani: He's not the type to say his opinions during meetings but, when we're stuck and he speaks, it's always right on target. And lately, I hear he's taking care of the kouhais.
Yasuda: He's nice. He's the type that thinks others happiness is my happiness. But, I never felt his kindness yet. Whenever I ask him out to go eat, he'll always say no(laugh). He's a hard worker, and strict. If he decides to do it he's wholehearted. *STILL!? Yasu I don't get it... why ru saying no to Hina??:/*
Maruyama: He's nice to everyone. He's very considerate. He brings gifts from Kyoto to the interview place. He really cherishes the people around him. He always cheers up the members too.
Ohkura: He's always laughing. In a good way, his way of not having energy, makes the people around him calm down. Also its nice that he doesn't change his attitude whoever it is. He doesn't try to be someone he's not, so I think he's a very honest human being.
Nishikido: Guitar or whatever it is if he gets into it, he's totally absorbed in to it. It's hard to keep that concentration. Also, for example during junior times or other old songs he still remembers all the dance steps! That really helps! *wow that's pretty amazing!!*

Murakami: In a good way and bad I think he does everything skillfully. He's good with communicating with people, and he's a good person so I'm worried if he'll get scammed, please don't easily believe everyone(laugh).
Yasuda: I know he doesn't do it purposely but he doesn't give back what he borrowed. He sometimes completely forgets he borrowed it from me. This is a great example in that he's always so considerate that some parts he's really off(laugh).

Maruyama: When there's 6 interviews, in the morning he's all hyper and loud but, by the afternoon he's all out of jokes and by the 4th interview his switch is completely off sometimes. Be able to equally distribute your energy!
Ohkura: The other day when we were drinking together, you were playing darts and singing karaoke but, I can't settle down so pick one. I'm playing darts and he makes me sing the hook(laugh).
Nishikido: When he's upset about something, his emotion comes out on his face. But, that's totally Ryo chans character already~. I don't think he has to change?

Yokoyama: Tenshinranman *means naivete, innocence*. He lives the way he wants to live, and whatever he's into he's very concentrated. His way of thinking is different from people. Even during live meetings his ideas are very new and fresh.
Shibutani: He's a person who gives back love when he receives love. He's very honest and can't lie. I think he's a person that can't deceive himself, even in magazine interviews. I like his "because we are human" way of living.
Murakami: Sincere. Straight-forward. Precise. This is my imagination but, I feel like he separates similar documents together and put it in files(laugh). I think its admirable that he cares and eats vegetables. *I feel like yasu really had nothing to say about hina...-_-*
Maruyama: He's bright, and in a good way his craziness is nice. He might seem optimistic but, you can actually have a deep conversation with him too. He's very sensitive and considerate. He sometimes pour tea for the members and staffs. Something I can't do. *awww maru your soo sweetXDD*
Ohkura: Generally speaking he's cheerful. Like when we're drinking together, when I see him having him, it makes me feel good too. And he's very tall! If I had his height I probably could fit into suits nicely.
Nishikido: He's active. And also, its from a long time but, that he eats a lot. I think its very healthy and its really good. He has days when he eats 5 meals a day. He knows about mechanics. He always knows about new electrical appliance information.

Yokoyama: Maybe his very shy part. For example during meetings, even if he wants to say something, after the meetings over he quietly says "actually I was thinking this way...". He should be more honest(laugh).

Murakami: He has no mercy on tsukkomi to females. The other time to this actress that came to our show he was like "you worked hard" and was patting her head(laugh). Sometimes his way of communicating is excess.
Yasuda: He likes alcohol too much so, sometimes I think is your liver okay? Please care about your physical condition. Also, it's good that your strict and hard working but, your single mindedly working too hard sometimes and it seems like your going to break down so please be careful of that too. *aww ohkura sooo sweetXD kurayasu moment<333*
Maruyama: There's a side of him where he's living with full power, but also a naive side. You don't have to be so disappointed when your jokes weren't that funny. And also, because you admire Matsuda Yuusaku san so much that your copying his sunglasses but, it doesn't look good on you(laugh). *HAHAHAHA Kura your so meanXD*
Nishikido: Sometimes you don't finish your food. All of a sudden he's like "I'm hungry!" and starts eating fried chicken bento, and while he's eating that he starts making cup a noodle but, he ends but being full with the bento, and he gives the rest to the members(laugh).

Yokoyama: He's shy but, he actually likes communicating with people, and that part of him is cute. He doesn't ask people to go out and eat with him but, if you ask he'll definitely come. The other time when I was with Yasu and we called him he came.
Shibutani: Serious!! He seems like he's daydreaming but when we have deep conversations, he actually has his own thoughts, and he really cares about each of the members.
Murakami: He just loves having a fun conversation with people. That's why its easy to talk to him about problems and I rely on him. O, and he likes to get praised. When you praise him he seems like he's happy(laugh).
Yasuda: Easy going! When we're drinking and if I say "let's go to another place" he for sure come with me. He become friends with anybody! When we were doing the dorama together he was already getting along with the actors during the introduction meet-up.
Maruyama: He's very bright. He likes making people laugh, and even though it wasn't funny he'll keep saying it. He's our mood-maker. But, the other day, Maru was the only one not there but, the mood of the filming spot was pretty fun(laugh).
Nishikido: He has a handsome kindness. When we went to this person's wedding the atmosphere was like "where should we go for the second place?" and Ryo chan was like "it's his best day in his life so we have to drink". See, he's handsome!

Yokoyama: When you put lip balm on, it's way of your lips. Its shiny like you just ate tempura. If that's gone, probably, you'll be popular enough to be able to make it in Hollywood.

Ohkura: He's taller than me. I don't like that! Ohkura is about 179 cm. I'm 175cm but, I wish to have height like Ohkura, to be honest I'm envious.
Nishikido: Body, too tightened. From my point of you I'm so jealous but, I want you to measure your body fat once. If your too skinny you know how they say you might catch a cold. That's why I'm worried. But in reality Ryo chan is pretty healthy.

Murakami: Sincere. Straight-forward. Precise. This is my imagination but, I feel like he separates similar documents together and put it in files(laugh). I think its admirable that he cares and eats vegetables. *I feel like yasu really had nothing to say about hina...-_-*
Maruyama: He's bright, and in a good way his craziness is nice. He might seem optimistic but, you can actually have a deep conversation with him too. He's very sensitive and considerate. He sometimes pour tea for the members and staffs. Something I can't do. *awww maru your soo sweetXDD*
Ohkura: Generally speaking he's cheerful. Like when we're drinking together, when I see him having him, it makes me feel good too. And he's very tall! If I had his height I probably could fit into suits nicely.
Nishikido: He's active. And also, its from a long time but, that he eats a lot. I think its very healthy and its really good. He has days when he eats 5 meals a day. He knows about mechanics. He always knows about new electrical appliance information.

Yokoyama: Maybe his very shy part. For example during meetings, even if he wants to say something, after the meetings over he quietly says "actually I was thinking this way...". He should be more honest(laugh).
Shibutani: Please stop farting everywhere and any time. During the press conference for the new show he was farting too(laugh). Well, it didn't smell, and it was good that the press people didn't notice it(laugh). *LOL you guys are probably immune to it alreadyXD*
Murakami: He has no mercy on tsukkomi to females. The other time to this actress that came to our show he was like "you worked hard" and was patting her head(laugh). Sometimes his way of communicating is excess.
Yasuda: He likes alcohol too much so, sometimes I think is your liver okay? Please care about your physical condition. Also, it's good that your strict and hard working but, your single mindedly working too hard sometimes and it seems like your going to break down so please be careful of that too. *aww ohkura sooo sweetXD kurayasu moment<333*
Maruyama: There's a side of him where he's living with full power, but also a naive side. You don't have to be so disappointed when your jokes weren't that funny. And also, because you admire Matsuda Yuusaku san so much that your copying his sunglasses but, it doesn't look good on you(laugh). *HAHAHAHA Kura your so meanXD*
Nishikido: Sometimes you don't finish your food. All of a sudden he's like "I'm hungry!" and starts eating fried chicken bento, and while he's eating that he starts making cup a noodle but, he ends but being full with the bento, and he gives the rest to the members(laugh).
good parts/praise each member:
Yokoyama: He's shy but, he actually likes communicating with people, and that part of him is cute. He doesn't ask people to go out and eat with him but, if you ask he'll definitely come. The other time when I was with Yasu and we called him he came.
Shibutani: Serious!! He seems like he's daydreaming but when we have deep conversations, he actually has his own thoughts, and he really cares about each of the members.
Murakami: He just loves having a fun conversation with people. That's why its easy to talk to him about problems and I rely on him. O, and he likes to get praised. When you praise him he seems like he's happy(laugh).
Yasuda: Easy going! When we're drinking and if I say "let's go to another place" he for sure come with me. He become friends with anybody! When we were doing the dorama together he was already getting along with the actors during the introduction meet-up.
Maruyama: He's very bright. He likes making people laugh, and even though it wasn't funny he'll keep saying it. He's our mood-maker. But, the other day, Maru was the only one not there but, the mood of the filming spot was pretty fun(laugh).
Nishikido: He has a handsome kindness. When we went to this person's wedding the atmosphere was like "where should we go for the second place?" and Ryo chan was like "it's his best day in his life so we have to drink". See, he's handsome!

Yokoyama: When you put lip balm on, it's way of your lips. Its shiny like you just ate tempura. If that's gone, probably, you'll be popular enough to be able to make it in Hollywood.
Shibutani: Our promise of drinking at one of our houses haven't come true yet. That's the only thing I can't forgive about him. It's only been 2 months since we promised but, I was told "I'll call you when your about to forget", so I'm waiting for your call(laugh). *awwww baru and maru drinking together sounds cuteXDDD baru call maru!!!*
Murakami: His muscles are hard. That's why you can get hurt or torn your muscles easily. When we go to massages together, I hear him being told that from the side. If he didn't have that he could of been in the World Cup this year. So close!
Yasuda: He's cute but he's handsome. Gosh, just be one of them! And also, choose if your going to draw or play the guitar! If you narrow down to one of them you could become worldwide! If you use the time for drawing to playing the guitar it would be amazing. And it will be amazing if you use the time to play the guitar to draw. Think about your schedule, and sleep! I'm worried about your body! *omgsh maru your tooo cute<3333*
Ohkura: He's taller than me. I don't like that! Ohkura is about 179 cm. I'm 175cm but, I wish to have height like Ohkura, to be honest I'm envious.
Nishikido: Body, too tightened. From my point of you I'm so jealous but, I want you to measure your body fat once. If your too skinny you know how they say you might catch a cold. That's why I'm worried. But in reality Ryo chan is pretty healthy.

Yokoyama: His shyness is cute(laugh). When I approach him like "Yuuchin, Yuuchin<3" he runs away saying "nanyanen!? *what do you want!?*" and I like that moment. We've been together for some long and I finally realized he's shy.
Shibutani: He sends me weird texts. I'm really.... happy about that(laugh). I can't say why I'm happy but... it's kind of like sexual harassment so(laugh). It's only 2~3 texts but, lately we're sending each other those kind of texts.*LOL omgsh is there some kind of BaruMaru love going on!?<3333*
Murakami: When he connects with people, he's really a kind person. When I went to go see Shin chan's butai "If or..", we went to go eat Okonomiyaki together after-wards but, he was really good with communicating with the lady at the restaurant.
Yasuda: Your body balance is too perfect. It's inverted triangle. When we were juniors and he came to my house and when he was taking a bath, my dad was like "do want to do body building?" and was scouting him.
Ohkura: Skillful! He started playing the drums once he got into Kanjani 8 and now its his specialty. He's handsome when he's dancing, he's handsome when he's singing, and he's cute when he talks. I want to say "what the!?". There's no choice but to notice it.
Nishikido: Enthusiastic. He's the type where if he gets into something he'll deeply look into it like appliances and stuff. If you ask him about computers and stuff he tells you everything about it. I'm inconstant so I'm envious.
