You know...I forgot, in writing my own (and I do have to go transfer it to my Palm so I remember), about the physical goals. Last year's was to get to my goal weight, and I did, but I'm not as flexible or as strong as I'd like to be. I've never been able to do a split, either way, even though I did gymnastics young, and ballet, and sports, and martial arts, and I'm all sorts of flexy. I always wanted to be able to. So I'll work on it this year. And maybe in two years' time, I might be able to do the Scorpion yoga thing (the epitome of strength and flexibility, in my mind). It's good to have goals.
