Out of therapy for a year, and just about the same time without meds... Going to the gp today to get back on meds. No more therapy, not in the mood to stay in the same place, and rehashing the past. Just need to stablize with meds... Jesus, so nervous... Never had this conversation with this Dr. before, but I know he is good and understanding. 15

Ended up with remeron, a tetracyclic anti depressant. We shall see...
