Okay, you don't have spiders or arachnids as an interest, so I am reluctant to get your membership up and running. Arachnerds is for spider and other arachnid lovers; those people who are seriously interested in arachnids. Does that make sense?

If you just want some spiders (or one spider) identified, you can post your photos here and I can link to them and have people help you out.

But if you are interested in spiders beyond the ones you want identified, I can let you into the community as soon as possible.

True, I'm not really interested in spiders, and I wouldn't be much of a contributor to a spider community. Actually, I'm a little scared of them and try to keep my distance. So I understand where you're coming from. The next time I see one scamper by, I'll get a picture of it, make a public post here, and ask for some spider help by commenting in arachnerds.
