This is my plea for help!! Between AIM not working and the COMPLETE incompetence of AOL/AIM tech support, I've decided I fucking quit those assholes. I tried to set up MSN Messanger but it says I can only talk to other people who have MSN Messanger so that won't work. Anyone know of any other messanger type system where I could hopefully keep my sn ( Read more... )

Sure! Try Trillian. You can be online on AIM, MSN, and Yahoo all at once. I can't remember if it's spelled "Trillian" or "Trilian." I've never used it, but I have friends who do. I don't exactly know how it works, but it's worth some looking into.

Also, you have probably tried this already, but have you uninstalled and then re-downloaded AIM?

yea I tried that a couple times, but I just downloaded gaim and its working pretty good, but thanks for the help!
