I bet he does... and no, not really. I had finals today and I live with three white girls who don't stomach Mexican food well and *shrug* I'll do something this weekend when I see my family.

True and the family eats them. I was thinking more of cheese enchiladas. I have a big bag of cheddar cheese in the freezer I keep thinking I need to do something with. *ponders this question*

that works! I'm planning on making cheese enchiladas with Queso Fresco for dentelle_noir and "lj user="birdeatinspider"> when they come down and visit for a little over two weeks. YAY! They arrive tomorrow!!!
