I'll love you with all the madness in my soul.

I am constantly listening to music every chance that I get. The selection on my iPod, which I always have on the road with me, is somewhat schizophrenic. I have everything from Billie Holiday to Liz Phair, Elvis to Brad Paisley, Led Zeppelin to Jeff Buckley. There isn’t a genre of music that I can think of that I won’t listen to. I may play ( Read more... )

A song by Flim School called On and On

Sometimes I only feel like I really appreciate music when it's on my headphones, glued to my ears, letting it speak just to me.

I've never heard of these guys before. They make me think of Echo and the Bunnymen. Very cool.

With headphones I like the intricacies you can pick up in the music like a deep breath in between verses. There's also much to be said for having your windows rolled down on the open road with the stereo cranking. I love it all.

It's almost like having a secret affair with your music. I like this one a lot. It's one of those songs you listen to and can't sit still.

I've been digging this song recently.

You and Michelle are probably having a great time together. I always feel so lucky that I'm surrounded by my best friends on tour, the road can be a lonely place otherwise.

Is this what they are playing at the gay clubs these days? Like I said to Adam, this is one of those songs you hear and can't sit still. Why can I picture you dancing to this? Oh, that's right, you're the Dancing Queen. :-*

It really is wonderful, but we've done this before when I joined her on tour. We have so much fun together, it's like sharing a door room together and every night is a frat party.

Springsteen is always a staple on my playlist, especially in the summer. More and more, I think what makes music so intense and emotional for someone is what you bring to the table with it or how your perspective feeds it. I have been listening to colour revolt.

He just writes the most amazing songs, I admire that so much. I really like this song, I haven't heard it before. It has a dreamy quality, cut by the edge of his voice raised in an exclamation point.
