i got chased by a retarded kid today in bjs. not once, not twice, but THREE times he came up to me and in a "special" voice said "HI LADY"and then did obnoxious retarded sounds. then he proceeded to FOLLOW ME OUT OF THE STORE AND HALFWAY TO THE CAR. his stupid obese parents were too slow to catch him, not like they tried.the father was too busy
