The End

I’ve really gotten to care about these people in all the pictures and files.  All of them:  Gran Su, Lu, Polly, Jill, and Gran Su’s brothers, Peter and Edmund, her cousin, Eustace, and Gran Su’s mother and father, and Digory Kirke. I got to the unlabeled file folder on the bottom shelf at the very end, and I knew that ( Read more... )

the end, gran su

I love, love, love how you slipped Aslan in here in such a natural way. ♥

came here on a rec and I'm so glad I did!

what a fantastic project! Loved all the historical photos and notes, and the beautiful memories of Narnia, and the orange marmalade cat! Very cleverly and beautifully done! You put tears in my eyes.

So gorgeous. I almost can't stand it. That final disagreement - I'm assuming that comes back at some point in your 'verse, yes? It makes sense - it's the one thing they could have disagreed about so profoundly that it would have separated them from each other. I'm hoping Jess gets the wardrobe. :)

I'm on catch up again.

This has been great love the modern girl Jess and her look at and reactions to Grandma Sue and what happened to Susan an her family
and friends.
Also like the way you resolved why Susan did not join her brothers sister and friends on the train. "His charge to us was to live in this world, to learn of Him here, and to use well what He had taught us. I would not tolerate criticism for doing as He commanded, then, or now." This makes so much more sense than Susan is not a friend of Narnia any more comment in the Last Battle. She had faith she just took her own road. Very good. Now onwards to ending.
