that low carb thing is crap. your theory is perfect. my uncle is a personal trainer and he always stresses to his clients that while too many carbs = not too good for you, like you probably should be eating more protein, cutting carbs but having the same calorie in/calorie out ratio isnt worth a damn in the weight loss dept.

Yeah, I bought this magazine last night, called "Women's World," just 'cause it looked so ridiculous, and it sends so many mixed messages. One advertisement wanted to make sure you looked for "cream" or "whole milk" in ice cream ingredients to make sure you didn't get any milk sugars. True that protein and fat fills a person up more easily, but you also need to accommodate smaller portions for this to be successful - something that we obviously haven't mastered.

Ame's working today (temp jobs, whoo-hoo!), but I'll bug her this afternoon when she gets home. She just told me yesterday she's going to call you soon (really).
