I'll admit it, I'm kind of terrified by the idea of having to write 50,000 words in a month because that's so not how I write. I'm more of the 'write a little bit, obsess over it for two weeks and then write a little bit more' type of person. Then again, maybe that means that it'd be good for me

well there's the best friend's brother (usually with some best friend is a backstabbing bitch) lol...
then there's the drunken wedding hook up
then there's the boss...
there's so many of them out there, and I must say: you pull them all off flawlessly ;)

Best friend's brother scares me a little, because I hate the idea of messing about with a friendship. And because my best friend has two brothers and the idea of hooking up with either of them gives me the heebie jeebies!
Drunken wedding hook up seems to be a theme and I'm currently churning that through my brain and matching it up with the best friend...
Ooh, the boss, there's something to bear in mind too.
You're so lovely, thanks for your vote of confidence!

Then there's always the vacation hookup too....
I can't wait to see (read) what you come up with! I absolutely adore all of your stories.

Oh my, best male friend's brother, I like that! I think I'll have to bear that in mind for another time, though, because I'm pretty sure I've picked my cliche now.
Thank you so much for saying like reading my stuff, it really is just the coolest thing to hear!

I've always wanted to do a drunken hook up and end up married story, but I'm not sure if I'd find an original take on it. Definitely something to bear in mind, though. Although I think I've decided what I'll do now.
Thanks for your reply.

If I could put in a request, could you make it more local? I love learning about Australian quirks since Americanized stuff is so dime-a-dozen.
..and, what? Last chapter of Lighthouse Charlie? That was too quick!

Ooh, love requests. How do you mean more local, though? I promise I've been throwing in Australian cliches at every turn! I like that you've enjoyed the Aussie stuff, I don't really know how to write any other way!
I'm not a fan of dragging out stories for no real reason. I don't really have much more to give Charlie and Max (even though I love them to bits!). I promise the last chapter is gaggingly sweet, though!

Local as in food, words, sayings, etc. It's fascinating. I still get a kick every time I you say "root" instead of "fuck".

Righto, I'll make sure to have the usual Aussie stuff in the next story. Glad to have introduced the word 'root' to you, oh what a contribution I've brought to the world!

I do have a story that involves, not the mafia exactly, but kidnapping and guns and all sorts of dramatic action things so hopefully I'll get round to writing that soon.
Cheers so much for replying and wishing me luck, you rock!
