It's the first day of the big weekend with Ryan. It's going well enough so far. I...think I'm actually enjoying myself. As different as we are, we still manage to connect somehow. I'm not sure how, but we do ( Read more... )

You sound surprised that you're not completely miserable around me and that's slightly offensive!

As for the move, whenever it is, all I can say is... Jim, you'd better take damn good care of my Jesse.

I'll.... try? I'm really not sure how to respond to that, in all honesty.

Sorry, maybe that was weird. I'm just worried about him. He's very... fragile, I guess, would be the word. I just hope you're prepared to deal with it. He needs someone. And I failed him miserably in that department.

If I wasnt here to help him, he wouldnt be moving here. Besides, I'm a nervous wreck too, so I know where he's coming from in a good portion of his worries.

I hope you enjoy Michigan. We can be state rivals :)

Also, Alan Davies... well I'm just so enamored with Jonathan Creek. love him.

*is kind of surprised to see you back on LJ, in all honesty!*

Well, I can't see myself enjoying it any less than where I am now! Moving is a rather difficult hurdle to hurl my socially disastrous self over, but I reckon the rest of the race...of life (?)...will be a relative breeze. Or something.

I'm unfamiliar with Jonathan Creek, actually! Though enamored-ness is potentially enough to make me look into it.

Reasons to watch Jonathan Creek:
-Caroline Quentin
-Rather difficult and seldom cheap mysteries
-Alan Davies playing a character the complete opposite of his Qi self
-It's a drama with comedy elements, but not going over the top with it, like...well you know.

It's official - I'm gonna have to find a way to finagle some of that onto my mom's Netflix queue! Thanks for the recommendation, guys.
