I still don't have much to talk about. Life is....pretty much the usual for me. Still alternating between gleefully optimistic excitement and all-encompassing dread over the move, still unemployed aside from this stuff with my grandma, still all icky and gay....nothing terribly new to talk about ( Read more... )

So, how many years of Conan is that? Make sure you watch the years when Conan was funny.

*On the 10th anniversary show, Mr T. gives Conan a chain with a large number seven on it*
Conan: But Mr. T, we've been on the air for ten years!
Mr. T: I know that, fool, but you only been funny for seven!

I've watched stuff as far back as '93. It's really not *that* bad. The writing's still amusing, in spite of Conan's awkwardness.

By the way, Jess, I got a favor to ask you? Could you recommend me a good episode of South Park? I just started watching them through South Park Studios on the Internet.

...I haven't watched South Park in....at least two years now, I'd estimate. So I'm hardly the one to ask here. Now, if you'd wanted a good episode of Family Guy or a good gay porn...

Though, broadly speaking, I'd have to recommend the earlier stuff over the more recent, terribly misguided, overly preachy stuff.

Anything from the first three Seasons of South Park is excellent to watch IMO. Avoid Seasons 10-13 like the plague, as Matt and Trey are fully into their "overly-preachy, holier then thou" attitudes here.

Who's Dane?

Damn, Jess, stop mentioning gay porn! It reminds me of how we used to virtual anthro skirt-chasing together! *cries* Those were the best times!

GProopdog from the IdiotBoard, if that clears things up any.

Dude, that didn't stop because I'm gay. It stopped because your parents are Nazis conspiring to keep us apart and we've both since, I assume, sort of moved on.

Don't call my parents Nazis. They're actually good people. If they had given birth to a normal kid, he'd be fine. But I came out autistic. And I watched way too many Don Bluth films. And basically that's what happened.

Funny enough, I saw a video on YouTube about a guy who's going basically through what happened to me.

I'm about 95% sure that I'm autistic to some degree. It would explain SO MUCH.

Look, how old are you? Almost certainly too old now for them to be able to tell you who you can and cannot talk to on the web. Though, perhaps my background in life just makes me predisposed toward casting parents as diabolical scheming villains. (Just like my German-ness causes me to take more pleasure than most people in making forced accusations of National Socialism, I guess.)

I mean, who would've suspected that my mom would've been more okay with my homosexuality than your parents are with this? Makes me wonder both what your parents think is going on, and also the actuality of what's you're up to. I mean, I certainly HOPE they're not right........

Now start using YouTube to watch old Conan clips like a REAL man.
