Hi after forever!
So I made tsubu-an and onigiri today!
It turned out great!
The tsubu-an I made from canned red beans, as I don't have any of the traditional azuki beans at hand.
The onigiri I filled with the tsubu-an and sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top, yum!
