We're all about the silver lining these days. If we take a look at the great, big picture, there are two routes open to us: We can either panic and feel bad for ourselves, or we can keep our heads, determine what our needs are, rearrange some financial variables, cut costs wherever it's reasonably possible, and create a job-hunting plan.
In the meantime, we're going to celebrate Wolfie's first birthday, enjoy whatever extra time we find to spend together, and be glad for what we do have (which is a lot, and not just the tangible stuff).
Since James lost his job unexpectedly in July it has definitely been an adjustment, but it hasn't been bad. I've been doing my best to earn more money tattooing, but since he is home with Lucian and and able to pick up Trin from school early, it has balanced on not having to pay for childcare, and things have somehow kept flowing not that much differently than before...and he's lucky to get more time with them. The extra work for me is exhausting at times, but I know it's only temporary. You will sort it out and be fine...and probably more than that....you'll be even better than before! *hugs* to all of you.

We can figure this out.
