He'll carry us when we can't carry on!

I'd like to update and tell you that all is peaches and cream in life! I'd like to gloat over the new Macbook Pro I got on Friday night, and tell you all about the great week I've been having, but I can't. Somehow, the laptop, the last few meetings, and everything else seem just a bit stupid and irrelevant in light of what our church is going ( Read more... )

When she was little, and her parents were having problems, both her mom, her, and her brother Bryce lived with us. She grew up around me...When I met her family, her mom was pregnant with her.

I'm so sorry this happened.

I'm praying for everyone who knew, loved, or should have known and loved your sweet friend.

To know her was to love her! I'm not ust saying that either, cuz you know how when people die, they did no wrong in people's eyes. This girl was honestly like that! She had no enemies.

Wow, I'm so sorry. That's so completely surreal, that a 13 year old girl would have a heart attack. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts.

Thanks, Lauren, but isn't surreal something one eats for breakfast? Lol just kidding. It's still got me freaked, but we'll make it through!

Hey Jesse,
Your lj post made me cry, first of all. Thirteen years old, that is so, so young. I can't understand why Jesus would have taken her away from all the people who loved her, but I guess he had his reasons. I've never been so good at the condolences thing, I'm sorry about that. I know how sad it is to lose someone you love, especially when it is sudden like that. I give you big hugs and I think we both know that Chelsea is in heaven with Jesus, which is always a good thing.
Oh, and I love you. Your entry made me want to tell everyone that, now. Well not everyone, but everyone who is important to me. Because you're right, you never know what might happen one day.
xoxo,
Kaitlyn Amira

I love you, too. My aunt believes that the reason Jesus takes a child is because their work here is done, and He wants to give them their reward. It sounds good, and if it's true, I know ol' Chelsey's up there, hand in hand with Jesus around the throne of God, just waiting for all of us that she loves to get there, too. I know she's happier there han she was here, too. There's a brighter day coming.

I'm sorry your church is having to deal with that loss. I can only imagine how hard it must be.
I hope you're holding up okay.
*hugs*

I have my moments but I'm holding up better than everyone else here in the drama factory house. Haha
