They build for awhile and then I have a bad night (it probably wasn't that bad really) and everything that's been bugging me lately comes crashing through and what's more since I'm one of those people that thinks waaay too much I start to question everything in the near and far history, not

Yeah I'm feeling alot better. None of the problems are really that big and granted they haven't gone away but they are more in perspective. Much better day today, I probably needed yesterday I think it was overdue. In summary, alot better today and thanks for asking.
