So, apparently this saturday is "Guy Fawkes Day". Guy Fawkes was a man who took part in the plot to destroy the Parliament Buildings in London, 1605, therefore, assassinating King James I. The plot, however did not come to fruition, and Guy Fawkes was burned at the stake
