They actaully played a couple clips from AIC songs during the NFC Championship game the other day. "Would?" as the background music during a little fluff piece on Matt Hasselback's roots and stuff. And, more surprisingly, the chorus from "Sea of Sorrow" over a highlight montage while coming back from commercial.

These were both during the 4th quarter and were the only interesting things about the broadcast at that point, as Seattle was way ahead and the Panthers showed no intent of trying to get back in the game. The use of "Sea of Sorrow" was well timed, too, as I was about to flip away from the game and watch something else.

Obviously somebody in the FOX production team is a AIC fan, too, and since a Seattle team was playing, hey, there's the natural tie in to play some Seattle music... good job, FOX (and it's been a long time since I've said that and not been sarcastic :P)

Awesome. I'm not much of a football fan, but I like that my favorite band got played at a popular event :)

I heard the AIC songs during the game too! It made me giddy since, well, I actually AM in Seattle and I'm a dork like that :)
