I've always been fascinated by this concept. Back when I was feeling ambitious and planned to expand 'Exodus' into novel length, the midway lands had a Goblin Market accessible through Fifth Avenue.

I'd like to offer the date that I would have had back in junior high if I had only the guts to ask the girl out. This not only includes all the happy would-have-beens, but I'll through in the additional angst from the arguments that might have happened and the tears that could have been shed at no additional cost. Her heart-crushing revelation 15 years later that, yes, she wanted me to ask her out, requires the book be published in a bound edition...
