Ch-ch-ch-ch CHANGES

Lots of things happening, and I haven't been posting.  Here's a rundown:

Otakon was good all-around - made more money than last year, had fantastic help (thanks Julia and Mike), Mike made a hilarious Barry, I got to see a lot of webcomic folk again, got together with other friends, panel went well (despite the smartass in the Lucario outfit that ( Read more... )

If it's anything involving a Federal position 7 months is a pretty average wait.

Yeah, the downside to gainful employment is the definite lack of free time. Though I suppose if you have a gov't position, then you can pull 4 tens and get 3 day weekends, luck~y!

He was a greasy-looking dude, too. Seemed really insensed at the fact that I didn't spit out all pieces of information right away. OH NO I ONLY HAVE AN HOUR AND A HALF I SHOULDN'T PACE MYSELF.

I'll definitely be getting three-day weekends on occasion, but I don't think the shifts are really too much more than 7-8 hours. Then again, I have to work every other Saturday, and there's no Sunday hours.
