An update to my spring break:

-Reading my book
-Baking (Yesterday: homemade carrot cake, today: cheesecake)
-Puzzle (Simpsons!)
-Helping out around the house, with Granny

Whoo!!

Ahh Spring Break. Ali was a good boyfriend and took me to the Beach for one night. We had a lot of fun- just relaxed mostly. We went to the beach several times, out to eat, and today we drove up to Topsail from Wilmington to look for sharks teeth and sea glass and stuff. We also went to drive golf balls, which is where these pictures come from.

I'm in Wilmington! Ali and I went down for the night. That's where I wanted to go, to celebrate my Spring Break. We're having fun, just relaxing.

So Spring Break 2008 is about to commence. This is what I have planned:

-Reading "Love Medicine" by Louise Edrich
-Laying around and watching movies/tv
-Hanging out with the sweet kitty
-Maybe getting ahead on some projects for school

.... That is so BORING.

I want to go to the beach! :(

Well I have a cold.
And I'm procrastinating.

Working in the library with Amanda on a rough draft that's due Friday for Art History- ew.

Almost SPRING BREAK! And I have nothing exciting to do but hang out with Ali. How boring.

Guess where Ali took me to dinner last night???

I had never been and it was very nice! Delicious food. Mmm!

Then this morning Mom and I went to the new IHOP in Knightdale and to a Goodwill where I got two dresses. I am just so spoiled!

Now to finish my homework so I can play.

Mom showed this to me a few days ago. Now Ali has a cold and it's just so true!!! Haha!

It's 7:30 am, I'm going to the hospital in a minute to volunteer in the maternity center.

So someone recommended a band called Flyleaf to me a few weeks ago but then yesterday they were on the main page of iTunes and I sampled their songs and they were pretty good. So I ended up getting their album with the rest of my gift certificate from Kristin (thanks!) which was like a great deal- 16 songs for 8 dollars, and I'm really enjoying it ( Read more... )
