well. i'm keepin up with working out. and i been playing basketball, and running. my legs are still killin me tho, but i found out if you stretch and start runnin then it feels a whole lot better. but, it kills after runnin haha. and i think it was because i ran up and the stairs alot during my laps. i ran a mile today tho, that's good nuff for me ( Read more... )
