Captain's log, note to self: the alley behind the apartment complex is frickin' slippery. Sliding around, I both brushed the support columns that hold up my carport and bumped the trash-dumpster for the apartments behind mine. No real damage done to either the things I slid into nor the Blazer.

So the chicken curry sandwich filling? To die for! I'm not sure whether I even want to add the two ingredients I don't have for the recipe I've gone with. Because it's so lovely as is! Ok. Off to work for a bit. Be back with bread and another update some time after noonish.

So, today's the day. I'm serving Valentine's Day tea to my Latin class. The cake for the petit fours has been baked and frozen for ease of cutting into little squares.
