Hello! :) Well, Jessica is my real first name, and the "Phoenix" part I rather pretentiously added on due to its connotations with rebirth from the flames etc. ;) I just feel that it suits how my life has been. As Albert Camus said, "L'on peut toujours recommencer", and I try to believe in that and live accordingly. Plus I have flaming scarlet hair! What about yours? :)

Haha, well my username is taken from the theme song to the movie Polyester. :)

The reason I asked about your username is that one of my favorite movies is Phantom of the Paradise, and in it Jessica Harper plays a character name Phoenix. :D
