Day 16 - A Song That I Used to Love but Now Hate

I've heard this sentiment plenty of times from people - "I used to really like that song, but then it was overplayed." I can't say that I understand it. I might become bored with a song temporarily if I've heard it a lot recently, but even so, if I liked it before, I probably still like it. I just don't want to hear it this minute. Usually I'll say "I was *okay* with that song until it was overplayed", etc. Generally if I end up hating it for those reasons, it tends to have been a song that I didn't *love* in the first place. But before that wave of overplaying?

It's like a new kid at school. I have no beef with you song. We cool. Not best friends forever, but I'm neutral. Then it slowly drives you insane. Suddenly the new kid is following you around, chattering all the time, popping up in inappropriate places. Okay, you're getting on my nerves now, please stop. Haha, funny. Okay, seriously now. No, you can't tag along on my date. No, I don't want to hang out with you tonight... and the next night, and the next, and the next. Wait, are you in the bathroom with me?! ARGH! MAKE IT STOP!

... I'm looking at you, Taylor Swift. Basically anything you've ever done.
