It's one scene for about 1-2 minutes in an otherwise decent movie. I think there's been a lot of stupid overreaction to it (which is apparently default in Twidom). It's never been done before in the movies and people don't like change/anything new. Don't let other people's opinions ruin your enjoyment of the film. It didn't bother me and I am no Jake/werewolf fan.

i have heard completely mixed reviews from my friends and family who really love Twilight. If they aren't into it at all, i haven't paid them any attention. i still haven't seen it. my mom wants to go today but i hate crowds so i'm iffy.

my boss (a male) was like "oh i heard it's really good." LOL i think he went to see it with his wife & won't tell us.

I actually like going to the movies on Thanksgiving during the day. There are people there, but it's not that busy. My theater is near a military base so it's full of soldiers with nothing else better to do. If my brother wasn't off today and I ended up having to cook, I'd totally be at the movies seeing Breaking Dawn again.

I agree with Pud everyone likes to bitch about nothing. If not for the effects on the voices it wouldve been bearable and yes there were parts where I wondered how the writers were professional but overall it was good. It followed the book it did it justice and they tried. It was a lot better than I heard it was.

that's good to know. i have just decided to reserve all judgements for when i see it. a lot of the negative i've heard has been from my friends & family who normally love it, so i guess i'll just wait & see.
