seriously, add butter. some people like cheese. i'm undecided on the cheese, but i really. really. like butter and roasting :-D

Mmmm good point. Everything is good slathered in butter. And I'll get to know the butternut on it's on, no?

I'm very adventurous with my produce, but for some reason I don't like butternut squash. It has a funk. I can't describe it but I know it when I taste it. I keep telling myself I like it, but I really don't. I really don't.
