A Mermaid ACEO this time. I really enjoy doing mermaids, I should do more. I´m not sure what I like about painting them but I think it is the challenge to make it actually look as it is an underwater view. And I like working with the blues and greens too. :) Maybe it is time for a fullsize mermaid painting soon?

I feel the same way about mermaids, I have a memaid ACEO addiction at the moment :D I like them because of the flowingness (is that a word? it's mine anyway) of the lines you can get, as it's all underwater. Like wind in the hair, it's very expressive and fluid.
