I just saw this floating up (or down) the river Orwell as I stepped out side the house just now. I've no idea who she is or where she's going. But I was so excited to see her. It's not something you expect to see while chucking the rubbish out.

Shame I couldn't see any dishy guys in 18th century Naval uniform on board though.

Does any one know why
