I'm excited for you about the prospect of buying a house! I thought about it for about two seconds when I first wanted to move out, but I didn't have the guts. One of my friends did though, and said it was by far one of the best decisions she's ever made. So go you!! I do want to (eventually) be invited to a housewarming though. :o)
