i think you should wear what makes you happy and screw everyone else. of course, that's what i do and i do get a lot of odd looks. fortunately i had an older sister who called me on my weirdness so often that i'm now completely immune to ill effects of disapproval. (really. she wrote me a POEM about how weird i was. i've memorized it.) since you don't have any corrective lenses you can remove (it helps if you can't read people's disapproving looks at a distance) then just surround yourself with a gaggle of kids who are fun, and no one will care.
tights and skirts are so practical in our climate. what can you do?
i love skirts for how easy they are to wear, but i hate that my legs get cold and the confinement of tights is bothersome to me. if only i had some of those babylegs, like eden got for ruby? wouldn't those be awesome?
