Ever since I read about Kork-Ease sandals being reissued, I have wanted a pair. But I have never actually wanted to spend the money, even though I was close a few days ago. Then, like magic, I spotted a brand new pair for a mere $5.99 while thrifting in the Mission yesterday. Maybe I'll find this style on my next thrifting excursion?

My new bed arrived today (ignore the price, I bought it on sale).

Tomorrow I am getting my haircut at the seemingly fancy Peter Thomas salon. Photos to follow.

Come Saturday and Sunday, I will be at the San Francisco Zinefest with The Lonely Seagull. I plan to attend the bookbinding class on Saturday and the screenprinting class on Sunday.

I am back from Peru! Machu Picchu was amazing and my last few days in Cuzco were filled with crazy adventures that ended in the wee hours of the morning! I miss my vacation terribly.

I leave for Peru late tonight. This week (or really the last couple months) have been insanely busy. I am looking forward to three whole weeks without work or regular computer access. Hopefully my mouse hand can recover.

NYC was so much fun! I went a little crazy with the shopping - a Juicy Couture dress, vintage Coach bag, Cole Haan sandals, Marimekko for H&M blouse, C&C California tank, and new running shoes.

The fun and incredibly compelling documentary King Corn (which I reviewed for The WIP in November) is currently showing on PBS. I'm so happy that this important documentary, which I often find myself thinking of, is available for everyone to see!
