I'm trying to understand why your best writing comes out only when you're thinking of him.

my only guess is that it has to due with the time in my life that it happened, and the fact it was during the change in myself. that he still stands out in my mind. the best writing is done on things that truly hit the writer.

i still don't really get it either.

but, i appreciate that you like this writing.
