He's gorgeous. He stands at about 72cm at the shoulder, so he's not exactly what you'd call a small, or even medium-sized dog, and he's bloody strong. It was a bitch trying to get him in the car after we picked him up- he noticed a) wallabies in the grass near the front of the hotel where we picked him up, and then b) an aeroplane in the distance-

And... yeah... they have great personalities- he's pretty much just like what all the owners I've spoken to have said their dogs are like- placid, a bit cheeky, a total slob, and a "people-person" dog.
Not even a day into having him here, I'd say... if you're thinking about getting one... it's worth looking into. :)

One of the groups was really overly strict, if you ask me--they wouldn't let me have one because I had hardwood floors at my old house, and the greyhound could...slip or something. No, really.That does sound a bit strict. The GAP out here foster the dogs out before they get adopted- so they can get used to household stuff a bit- hardwood floors, big glass windows (both of which we have), stairs, that sort of shit, plus things like TVs ( ... )

You're sorta right in a way- although they didn't look alike, it was a similar sort of deal. And like the way Draco gave Harry shit for hanging out with Hagrid, I remember kids in my class being all, "You know the maintainance people around here?" which just showed how utterly fucked up and classist some of the people I went to school with were. Bob just totally kicked arse, d00d.... :D
