What snow god did I make mad? I live in the Willamette Valley. Why is it snowing? WHY?

Is that as strange as it snowing in Phoenix? I mean, it's not or anything but it has before.

Nah, it does it about once a year. But I still HATE my life because of it!! :-)

I think the main problem I'm having with the snow is that it did not ask permission.
