Yippee!

Netflix just credited my bank account for a movie that was shipped to us in May '06, that I finally admitted was lost forever and paid for in Mar '07, and then I found and returned in Sep '08. I didn't even ask for a refund, I just slipped the DVD in with another DVD that I was returning.

I am consistently amazed by their customer service.

They charged me $21.65 ($19.99 + tax) for the DVD. It was one I had received and then lost. I have had a few DVDs go missing in the mail, coming & going, and they didn't charge me anything... I'm sure there's some limit of how many "lost in the mail" claims you can make, but I haven't reached it yet.
