I am a little, tiny bit excited that it appears the weird neighbors are leaving in the dead of night (so to speak).  Thus far they have removed 4 pick-up truck loads of boxes and furniture from the house... I feel a little guilty for being excited that they might be leaving as the circumstances that might cause a rapid departure from rental housing
