The more I keep going back to SES to get myself acquainted with CS, AS, and other staff members, the more confident I feel that everything will work out in good time. It's not to say I don't feel overwhelmed. I most certainly do. I don't know where to start in terms of how to make lesson plans for students I don't even know yet. But I will tell you

It's really hard to differentiate in a chaotic classroom, which is sad. It's best to vary the activities and assessments within a lesson, but when it's crazy you can only vary per lesson.

I haven't received my IEPs yet... grrr...
