So not everyone in Borders is a big dookie head XD
I emailed customer care last night and told them about what happened at my Borders (yeah I was that upset about the HYDF dvd thing xD) I expected more from Borders... I mean.. it's BORDERS!
So I emailed customer care and they emailed me back this:
