do you hear that
that's your heartbeat
counting you down to your last words
when it all runs out, i'll be watching you
clutching your head
to stop the room from spinning round
too late, we're on a road to nowhere else
taking our time to pull you down
and i'm tired of taking my chances

pictures. also posted in my photojournal. )

I started out using glossy and I'll never use it again. I prefer Velvet stipple although you haven't gotten to the FB stage yet. Those prints looks great especially the 2nd and 3rd. The 1st is a great photo but the highlights in the print seem to be a little to bright. My suggestion would be to first lower the contrast some and add more time. If that doesn't help, possibly close down the f/stop on the enlarger 2 stops (sorta like from f/8 to f/16) and then flash the paper for 1 second. If you'd like to see some of my prints I'd be glad to show you some. They aren't the greatest cos I to am a first year student when it comes to the darkroom but I have been studying photography for a few years now. I'd love to see more of your prints whenever they are available. Let me add that the low angle is a great point of view for the 1st shot and the disequilibrium of the 2nd shot really works well for my eyes as well. By the way, if you were wondering how I found your journal...Kaitlyn Wheeler gave me the link. Keep it up and soon maybe we will ( ... )
