wow i've been getting a lot of comments lately for my last few entries. I want to thank everyone who left a comment...you know who you are (^-^)b *thumbs up*. Its obvious that some of you people put some real thought into those comments and some were quite lengthy. They are all deeply appreciated. I think i've been very moody these past few days.

you know derek, i hope this being nice thing works out for you. the world doesn't need more nice guys, the world already has plenty of those. the nice guy is a worthless commodity. the world needs nice guys who actually succeed over the cocky asshole, nice guys who know how to assert themselves the way the jerk would. these people are rare

again i believe this is one of those things that i've probably already figured out but that i dont want to believe because of fear. I guess im just afraid to accept this kind of stuff. But i guess having experienced stuff like this its been slowly burned into me and i guess im starting to acknowledge this stuff now. But having to disconnect your emotions and see people for what they really are is pretty disappointing...it makes love and emotional bonds more of a "calculation," as you put it, rather than something...magical? LOL. I think you know what i mean. :)
