you know those moments you get with a certain someone (guy or girl, whoever you like) where you both pause, and there's this urge to just lean in and....kiss? well, last night, while spinning endlessly in a crazy swing-move, he looked at me, i looked at him, and i swear we almost kissed. this change just came over his face, a certain unkown

Score!!! Go Jess!!!!! Hey, I know he's strongly Mormon, but he doesn't really act like it too much... then again, I guess I don't know him that well... But about the whole friends thing, who cares? Go for it anyways!! Just agree before hand that you wanna still be friends if it doesn't work out, with only a slight "healing period" before you start joking like best buds all over again!!

And yes,he'll go on his mission when he's 19, and he's 18 now, right? But even if he wasn't, people break up anyways, whether they're on a mission or not, so just go for it! I mean, it could be something really great, and face it, you deserve a dude!! (yes, it's a little odd since men seem to be the baine of my existance... but... they can be cool to have around...)
