Well, things change and life moves on. I got a job, a good one and thusfar I've been able to balance my work and music life with little difficulty. This leaves out one critical piece of course, social life ( Read more... )

I might recommend weight watchers. I know it sounds stupid, but I've on since Jan 1st and have lost about 35lbs to date. Their big thing is about portion control.

Yeah, I've done calorie control diets before. They seem to me to have critical shortfalls in certain areas and I've never been able to stick with them. One of the more important aspects of the Ornish approach is the ability to eat normal portions (as much as you need), low calorie approaches always leave me hungry, even after I've been on it for a month. I'm still researching this though so I'll give it another look.

welcome to the working world. Ah 9-5 aint bad, but then again, i've never done 9-5. I'm always a more 11-7 type of guy.

And like i said, once u hit 37, its all down hill.
