it's simple really. don't fucking buy me chicken sandwiches if i'm trying not eat meat. what the hell? it was was of you to bring it to my room with a coke but..i don't eat meat anymore! and if that's something i really want to do, i'd expect you all to be behind me 100 ( Read more... )

As long as you are fully aware of the dangers that can come about with this eating habit, and you positively know that you'll be able to snap out of it once you're at a desired weight, I completely back you up on it. I'm not saying anything against your weight, it's just that I know how you feel and I did the same thing not too long ago. I almost stopped eating, and about all I remember from it (for some reason, it's hazy) is that if I stood up too fast, I got dizzy, and that all I really ate was about two rice cakes a day. 40 calories each, biotch! Haha. I don't know how I pulled it off, but I did.

haha. i think i'm going with adrians idea. i always eat until i'm sick. not eating as much and eating healthy will do me good. thanks! :)

yay for keeping new year's resolutions! but be careful on the diet thing--if you very abruptly stop eating huge meals and start eating next to nothing, the human body biologically freaks out because it thinks there's a food shortage...which thus slows your metabolism way down and only makes you fatter!! :( so gradually decrease the size of your meals until you get it down to where you want. ok i'm done being the 'health expert' now. stay hot!
